RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you love your order - but if something is not quite right, we have made it easy to return or exchange.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, and it is in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging, return it to us for an exchange or refund, subject to the following terms.  The following terms do not affect your right to cancel.

Return or Exchange of Goods Purchased Online

Your online return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Costs of return

We will pay the costs of return if the goods are faulty or misdescribed.  In all other circumstances you must pay the cost of return.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns of the following items:
·         sale items
·         digital goods
·        
gift cards
·         bespoke/made to order goods

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Partial Refunds
We reserve the right to make a deduction to the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced because of you handling the goods more than was necessary.
