Downloading Your Digital Files

Please follow the steps below to access your digital files.

Step 1 -Check Your Email

After completing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email from us containing a secure download link.  Check your spam or junk folder if it doesn't appear within a few minutes.

Step 2 - Click Your Download Link

Open the email and click "Download your files".  This will take you to a secure page where your files are ready to save.

Your download link is unique to your order.  Please save your files promptly.

Step 3 - Save Your Files

Click the file name to begin downloading.  I recommend saving to a clearly labelled folder on your device for easy access.

Step 4 - Open Your Files

Your files will be delivered in the format listed on the product page (e.g. JPEG, PNG, or PDF).  Most devices can open these natively - no specialist software required.

Digital Wallpaper & Print Files - Tips for Best Results

Digital Wallpapers: Files are sized for the screen resolutions listed on the product page.  Set as wallpaper via your device's display settings.

Art Prints: For best print quality, use a professional print service or home printer set to the highest DPI available.

Colour accuracy may vary between screens and printers - this is normal and not a fault with the file.
